What are they?
Templates are bits of code which create a series of boxes on a page, like the one on the side of this page, which are placed on a page through the use of a template interface, such as this one:

In order to use one, simply locate the correct template, copy/paste the interface into your page, and fill it out!
Why should I use them?
Wiki pages are boring by nature- templates make them more exciting and, assuming they're done right, make it easier to locate specific information.
Where can I find them?
All the pages on the wiki which use templates are located in Category:Templates, to which there is a link at the bottom of this page. Individual template interfaces and examples of the templates are located in the 'T' section.
