Rixis vs Kazuma

<Rixis> "You could totally take your mind off by sparring me."

[21:55] <Kazuma> alright, en garde, Rix

[21:55] * Kazuma holds out his hand, and his staff appears

[21:56] * Rixis holds his staff firmly within his left hand, and takes an offensive stance. - It occurs to him two omnipotent beings are about to fight in a common room, yet he doesnt seem to care.

[21:56] <Kitana> Oooh, planeswalker versus god. This should be good!

[21:56] * Kazuma stands there, staring down Rixis

[21:57] * Kazuma still has his staff out to his side, he's totally open

[21:57] * Rixis suddenly places one foot in front of him, one behind him and twirls the staff downwards in his hand, arcing in a downward smack for his body, though it's pretty fast, it's totally nonmagical.

[21:58] * Kazuma disappears and reappears behind Rixis, his staff high above his head, "too slow." He brings his staff down hard

[21:59] * Rixis vanishes in a flash and reappears behhind kazuma, his staff slices through a ... is that an afterimage? the staff twisrls within his hand and swings at Kazuma's side suddenly, a spurt of white energy wisping behind it.

[22:00] <Rixis> "You're the slow one."

[22:01] * Kazuma brings his body below the attack, and sweaps his leg around to try and trip rixis, to preempt the jump that would result, he takes his staff and jabs it upwards, towards Rixis' face

[22:03] * Rixis leans back immediatly, as soon as Kazuma is below the attack, he places both hands on the ground, one with the staff still in handand kicks off with his legs, thus sending him under the staff's attack, and above the sweep kick, his left leg arcing up for Kazuma's chin as he moves through the backflip of sorts.

[22:04] * Kazuma releases his staff, and grabs Rixis' leg, using the momentum to bring Rixis over himself, and slaming him into the ground

[22:07] * Rixis is pretty easily huled over Kazuma, but that last part doesnt go exactly as planned, he uses the fact that Kazuma is so close and has hold, and he braces himself against the floor with his now staffless palms, the ground below his fingers squeeks and cracks, he's apparently pretty strong, and using the closeless, the free leg rockets for kazuma's chest, his solar plexus, in a thrusting motion,

[22:07] <Rixis> (( though behind his kick theres a bit of...is that water? Don't cats hate water? ))

[22:08] <Kazuma> "ohcrap." He quickly alters the shape of his body so that there's a hole where Rixis is aiming, and fires a small burst of wind to remove the water

[22:09] * Kitana gets up and walks to the fridge, grabbing some popcorn and a dr pepper.

[22:10] * Rixis twirls on the ground once, and then his legs rise slightly, and he kips up, leaping to his feet, and quickly adjusts himself back to an offensive position, grinning a bit, and then aims a cheap shot of a fist for Kazuma's gut, water flowing behind his fist, and a blue coloring overtaking his outline.

[22:12] * Kitana heads back to her seat, munching on popcorn and sipping DP from a theater-style cup.

[22:12] * Kazuma slithers away, and reforms himself standing upright, staff back in hands, his body has noticably lost fur, ears, and tails. He's clearly deemed this situation dangerious enough to return to human form. He fires a few chilling shots at Rixis, hoping to catch him off guard. the shots are barely visable, with little to no time to react

[22:14] <Kitana> Aww... He's not a neko anymore!

[22:15] * Rixis doesn't exactly see things in the conventional way, instead seeing the energy behind the blasts, though with little time to react, he's seemingly pelted by the chilling shots anyways, and a tiny bit of mist obscures his body, he leaps out of the mist, looking just fine, though theres a few holes in his robes, his staff in hand swings downwards in a powerful swing at Kazuma,

[22:15] <Rixis> ((the tip of the blade cracklight with what appears to be yellow energy, clearly some kind of lightning to stun Kazuma. ))

[22:17] * Kazuma pushes his hand outwards, and a powerful kenetic blast pushes Rixis to the ceiling, followed up by a few fireballs

[22:18] <=Scene=> In return fashion, Rixis is plastered to the ceiling seemingly, and the fireballs hit...no, wait, they carry past him, and into the ceiling above, blowing it apart. Whoops. Rixis himself reappears behind Kazuma, most of the top of his robes gone, leaving his chest esposed, and his staff is gone, replaced by the silver bladed sword, which lunges at Kazumas back in a flash, leaving little reaction time.

[22:19] * Kitana whistles. "Fanservice!"

[22:20] * Kazuma splits his body down the middle to avoid the blade. The halves then attack Rixis. the left-hand with water, the right-hand with energy.

[22:21] <Kitana> Okay that was disturbing.

[22:21] * Rixis glances to Kitana for a moment, frowning slightly, and is pretty much blasted by the attacks from Kazuma, though in a flash, his arms are extended returning the same attacks right back at him as he locks palms with him.

[22:21] <Kazuma> "Disturbing, but it worked"

[22:22] * Kazuma sends a fatal spell through Rixis through the locked palms, only tuned down so as just to be a knock-out

[22:24] <=Scene=> Rixis' body reacts oddly to this, he cant quite be knocked out like that, and blue energy pulses in his veins,a direct counterspell to Kazuma's attack, Rixis releases one of Kazuma's hands, pushing aagainst him with the force of a bulldozer with ease in a moment, as his off hand snaps, and the sword appears in his hand, arcing down for the hand he has locked with Kazuma, intend on lobbing it off.

[22:27] * Kazuma quickly swaps sides with a simple teleportation spell, resulting in Rixis swinging at nothing. the 2 hands, now on the inside fire spikes at Rixis' chest

[22:29] * Rixis swirlds on his heel, the spikes impacting the front of his chest, though that looks pretty cool, as the just kind of shatter against what could either be a barrier or just iron as hell skin, Rixis pointing his off hand at Kazuma, and quickly firing off a rather complex spell(Amb incoming)

[22:30] <=Scene=�> Rixis' finger lights up, and suddenly sends out a rather potent stoke of lightning fromk it, but this is mostly just a distraction, as an invisible punch rockets from the ground upwards for Kazuma's chin, hoping the lightning will distract him enough to atleast take a glancing blow.

[22:31] * Kitana munches on some more popcorn.

[22:32] * Kazuma casts a reflection barrier to protect himself from the lightning. this inadvertantly makes the attack have to go through the barrier, and thus, that much weaker. Kazuma realizes he can't win this, so quickly moves to the next best solution. Rixis' pants are now on fire.

[22:34] * Rixis glances down to his pants, and quickly casts an enchantment on them, they continue to be on fire, though it doesnt hurt him, not does the fabric itself burn, apparently he does kind of care about losing his pants in front of people, and he responds to kazuma by snapping his fingers at him, and setting his hair on fire.

[22:35] <Kazuma> "oh HELL no"

[22:35] * Kazuma gestures and blades from all directions attack Rixis

[22:36] <Kitana> Aww come on! I wanted more fanservice! Boo!

[22:37] * Rixis just stands there, closing his eyes, as he's sliced from all directions, his crimson red blood splays all over the floor, the wounds healing as soon as the slices appear, and then ha vanishes, bloodied chest immediatly returning to normal, the fire in his pants(HAHA) dissapears, and he swings his sword for Kazumas neck, atleast the nearest one to him atleast. though theres something more sinister behind it. (Amb)

[22:37] <=Scene=> Light tendriles explode from the ground, trying to bind Kazuma to the floor to give Rixis that one moment to attack.

[22:39] * Kazuma seperates his heads to "jump" over the slice, upon reattaching on the other side of the slice, they fire beams that do nothing more then look pretty, but the effect they'd have on Rixis might be a little different

[22:41] * Rixis really kicks it into overdrive here, he leans back at an impossible angle, in what appears to be an impossible speed, the beams passing just over him, and then he responds by leaning up, and slicing reeatedly at Kazumas body in a blur.

[22:43] * Kazuma is hit, and gets knocked back. upon landing, he disappears, reappears on the ceiling, disappears, reappears behind Rixis, and punches HARD

[22:44] <=Scene=> Rixis' sword dissapears in a flash, and he spins just as the fist is sent at him, making it around in time to aim his own fist right back at Kazima with incredible force, making it likely they both take a bit, because haha, cross counters.

[22:45] * Kazuma is sent back

[22:45] <Kazuma> "ow. game"

[22:45] * Rixis is as well, easily flying into a wall.

[22:45] <Rixis> "...Ow. What you said."
