How it is preformed
On the day of Heirflamme, the blade Dynseal is placed on a megalithic circle on The Watcher's Height, a hill just outside the city of Endhiem. If done at the appointed hour, the jewel in the pommel of the blade will split the light of dawn into a prismatic spray of light, filling the circle.
What it does
One thing this does is re-distribute ley power, moving it with Dynseal from the Temple of Aethos to the empty ley resevoir under The Watcher's Height.
The most visible effect is the area of multicolored radience. During the minute and a half at which this exists, those who enter the illuminated area will be rendered unable to move, and the entirity of all possible futures and (once) possible pasts will be presented to them, an infinite amount of information rushed by and through them in an miniscule unit of time.
Aftereffects
The ones who undertake this are usually prospective monarchs or those who desire higher status in society. It is believed that those who can avoid having their mind destroyed in the shocking instant of limitless clarity become intensly wise, and may even retain some memory of possible futures.
The majority are reduced to drooling husks.
