Goals of Tel'Laerad

Our goals are, firstly, to be the best locale for roleplaying, gaming, and other discussion on the Internet, and secondly, to be the best locale for conducting roleplaying. These are the fundamental ends to which all our work contributes.

Our core tenets for accomplishing this are as follows.

Reliability

We seek to provide the most reliable set of services possible; to ensure that this locale is always available.

Features

We seek to provide the best features for this locale; to make it quick, easy, and flexible for all users and their different needs.

Support

We seek to provide the best support to our users; swift responses, helpful assistance, and good documentation. Furthermore, we want our staff to BE users of Tel'Laerad who are also helping advance it, not a separate group; to be actively involved in the community.
