The Book of Fel Names is known throughout the cosmos as a dread counterpart to such hideous evils as the Necronomicon. The Book of Fell Names is not exactly the same thing.
Appearance
A large tome, easily a foot long at the spine, covered in fine leather inlaid with gold in occult patterns, with a large circle of rubies surrounding a single silver glyph at the very center of both the cover and the back. The name, writ in ornate hand within the soft vellum pages, is in ink of gold.
Powers
The writing within the book, in precious ink of gold, details in a fine hand (easily legible to any being who has a proficiency in any reading language) the name and circumstance of every person who has ever tripped, tumbled or fallen. For example:
Jessica Bowhen
Fell 3 feet upon the 31st of January.
Jessica approached the edge of a stage and stepped
off it, into the orchestral pit. She was largely
unharmed by this endeavor.
